Oreoluwa Olabode Afolayan known as The Ore Afolayan is a Nigerian entrepreneur, Marketing Strategist, Career Coach and Digital Journalist.

He is Founder of TOA Marketing, a leading Marketing Solutions company for micro, small and medium enterprises.

Oreoluwa attended the University of Ibadan, Ibadan where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology.
He returned to the same University for a Masters of Science programme in Industrial/Organizational Psychology where he was taught by scholars such as Professor Benjamin Ehigie.

Ore had earlier declined an offer to work for the German Agency for International Development (GIZ) in 2016. Afterwards, he founded TOA Group almost a year later, then offered to work with them via his new company on their projects.

As a New Media entrepreneur, Ore Afolayan has worked with glocal brands such as Tedx, NYSC, The African Models Exhibition Awards and Adebayo Shittu, the Nigerian Minister for Communications where he served as the Secretary of New Media for the Minister’s gubernatorial campaign.

After his NYSC where he had served as School Counsellor at the Diocese of Education, Abeokuta, Ore continued to assist young individuals in making career decisions through his Sessions and Programs.

Ore works as a Marketing Consultant helping brands to make smart decisions in careers and businesses. Through Develub, he has equipped Marketers and Influencers in Nigeria and in Zimbabwe.

Before TOA Group, Ore had always wanted to work as a journalist. During his stint in campus journalism, he was shortlisted to attend the Media Career Services Workshop for Young Journalists where Thomson Reuters’ FitzGerald Prize For A Young African Journalist winner and BBC Africa Journalist, Ruona Agbroko-Meyer was facilitator. This workshop was hosted by the Nation Newspapers.
